For patients who are unable to visit the clinic, we also provide video consultation. This allows us to continue to provide our extensive care to the patients in the most comfortable ways.
My office simply send a call to those with scheduled with appointments by email (it can be sent by text message as well).
No software downloads are required.
We offer video consultations to both existing and new patients.
Important Note:
Video consultation is not suitable for all consultations (especially where detailed examination or a procedure is required) but may be very useful as an interim measure between face to face consultations.
